The location is magnificent, right in the heart of Jackson. The staff is incredible and made our stay awesome. Our room with 2 queen beds was clean, exceptionally nice, and even had a safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

No reason to complain, I had a such great stay and would book again. The hotel was amazing and the location was marvellous and awesome close enough to the water park before checking in and Sulphur, LA. I greatly enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

No complaints here! The place is spotless, the staff is super nice 🌟, and it's conveniently close to the water park and arena. Plus, they serve a solid breakfast with plenty of options.

There was a wide array of outstanding meals. Location: the hotel was short walk to Sulphur for the High School State swim meet, the water park and the arena. The free parking was onsite, GREAT service.

The staff at Wingate was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even called me immediately when I forgot my expensive jacket in the room. The hotel itself is well-maintained and updated. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hot tub was under construction.By the looks of the constuction it has a way to go. I wish that Booked.net would of notified us. After a long day at the softball fields, my athlete needed to soak in it. That's why we book with a hotel that have hot tubs. Very disappointed in it.

When I booked the hotel, I was told it was a double room with (2) full beds and a twin bed. I was asked if we smoked and my answer was no. I was looking forward to the hot tub and my boys were looking forward to the pool. The hot tub was under renovation and the pool was locked because of all the rain. The room smelled so strong of smoke our clothes reeked of smoke. We had a room for max of 4 people and had 2 towels. The morning desk clerk took some ourt of another room for me. When we showed up I asked that we put the charge to a different credit card. The lady at the desk took the new card and charged it. I looked on line this morning, and there is a charge to the first credit card. Still waiting to see if it is charged to the second card too.

Friendly front desk staff, great location, helpful staff, outstanding service, clean and well-maintained room, good amenities.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room smelled fresh. Check in was easy and quick.

We needed a wake up call at 4:00 A. M. and never received it. When we woke up on our own the lady at the front desk said "it must be a computer problem". When we got ready to leave at 4:45 we asked if she could unlock the fridge so we could get a couple of milks and she said "breakfast does not start until 5". I was very unhappy with her attitude and she seemed to care less that we did not get our wake up call.

The rooms are brand-new and comfy here with 2 queen beds and air condition, for instance🙂👍

The staff was amazing! Lena and Eric were incredibly helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast was a great value and the WiFi was complimentary. Billy at the front desk was outstanding, always accommodating, and Mary from housekeeping did an outstanding job. Highly recommended!
